Jake Novis began diving into the investment world with his mother and became a REIN member at the age of 16, and attended McMaster University in 2013 studying mechanical engineering and management during his time there he continued to shadow his mothers investment journey, attended REIN meetings. He then took the leap, and partnered with her on two multi-family properties in Hamilton - a six unit, and a nine unit - and taking on all sides of the acquisition.
