Jared was born and raised in Montreal but started investing in Niagara Falls in 2012 by purchasing 2 condos and has nicely grown his portfolio in St Catharines and Peterborough. In this episode, we are going to talk about the current state of the Golden Horseshoe market and new strategies being used to generate cashflow as it becomes more challenging. We also discuss with Jared the challenges he’s had in real estate investing over the years. What are added difficulties that come from investing long distance, and what struggles he’s had with property management companies in the past.
