Chris Herlin is a mechanical engineer by trade; a real estate investor by passion; and a Brazillian by birth.

When the epidemic hit, Chris dove into real estate investing full time. Soon opened a real estate holding company, and a construction company to fuel his drive to flipping and renovating homes.

In the short period from May 2020 to today, Chris has purchased and sold sixteen properties and continues to add value to his business relationships as time goes on.
