George is a real estate investor, investor-focused Realtor, and financial independence advocate based in the Belleville Ontario area. Growing up, George studied hard, went to university, and landed himself a six-figure job as a pharmacist He started investing in the Belleville market with a focus on smaller multi-family properties and quickly took on more and more complex projects. Within 3 years of investing, he acquired 15 units that generated enough cash flow to exceed his pharmacist income and allowed him to retire by the age of 31, earning himself the nickname "Cash Flow George".
