Joanne Kuipers was in the sales and marketing industry for over 20 years and was looking for something completely different. So 8 years ago she bought her first rental property then attended Humber College and obtained her accreditation for property management. She is passionate about helping people make home ownership more affordable. She is on the Habitat for Humanity Durham affordable housing task force, and the board of director for the Landlord Association of Durham, on the Committee of Adjustments for Scugog Township, Award winner of the Wise 50 over 50 at Start Up Canada in Ottawa for 2017 and runs a very successful property management company.
