Gary comes from a family on investors – his parents bought their first investment property when he was just 5! He remembers being 12 years old, helping his parents paint homes on weekends. Fast forward many years and Gary and his wife now own many of their own investment properties around Ontario. They decided to get into real estate investing for themselves and bought THREE investment properties all in one day! What a way to welcome yourself to the world of being a landlord and real estate investing! Gary, after being an investor for many years became a Realtor, and now runs a successful real estate team that focuses in the York Region and surrounding areas.
