Andriy moved from Ukraine in 2001, his first job was delivering newspapers for about $100/month at 10 years old. In college, he had a lightbulb moment after he saw my friend's student housing arrangement and started comparing it to the prices of homes in Barrie. Then he knew he needed to buy an investment. He bought his first house with his parents at 19 years old, then sold it 6 years later doubling their money. In search of the highest cash flow producing properties, he realized that there were incredible deals south of the border. Thus, he started buying in western New York.
