As a young real estate developer and investor, Dakotah Charron has pursued his passion with a relentless work ethic to pave a road to success within the realm of real estate investing.

In four years, Dakotah has successfully helped facilitate more than 100 real estate investments in various capacities, including land development, flips, and rentals. He founded Arete Holdings Group in 2018 which has brought more than 200 rental doors to the market.

By the age of 25, Dakotah had built NREIC (National Real Estate Investors Community) — for which he now sits as president. NREIC is Winnipeg’s largest real estate networking community, which is now expanding to a national level.

Dakotah admits he couldn’t have done it alone: he is grateful for the support of his wonderful wife, Mei, who has been with him since the beginning. They look forward to continuing to grow at rapid speeds.
