James earned a B.Eng. from Queen’s University in 2006 and took a corporate role at Telus (Toronto). He began raising investor capital and acquiring pre-construction condominiums, semi-detached, and detached properties. In 2008, James left Telus to pursue real estate development full-time and has completed more than twenty successful projects. In 2013, he became a licensed mortgage broker. James’ key knowledge base includes value acquisitions, equity/debt raises, investor relations, multi-unit design, municipal zoning and Ontario Building Code compliance.
