Here’s What You’ll Learn in our Interview with James:

James earned a B.Eng. from Queen’s University in 2006 and took a corporate role at Telus (Toronto). He began raising investor capital and acquiring pre-construction condominiums, semi-detached, and detached properties. In 2008, James left Telus to pursue real estate development full-time and has completed more than twenty successful projects. In 2013, he became a licensed mortgage broker. James’ key knowledge base includes value acquisitions, equity/debt raises, investor relations, multi-unit design, municipal zoning and Ontario Building Code compliance. James takes projects from acquisitions through to building permits. Outside of work, James spends time with his wife and family and enjoys playing hockey and golf.
